By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements of the Platform.

  Age RequirementsYou must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your province or territory of residence) to register an account independently. Registrations by minors under 13 are strictly prohibited.

  Account AccuracyYou agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account.

As a Canadian user, you are hereby explicitly notified of the global technical framework supporting this Platform, implemented by Petalnex Pvt. Ltd.:

  Hosting LocationAll accounts, user-generated content, and personal profiles are securely hosted on enterprise-grade servers located physically in Germany (European Union). Data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 protocols.

  Technical Management & SupportThe software engineering, feature deployment, and database maintenance are managed remotely by Petalnex Pvt. Ltd.’s technical team in Pakistan.

  Privacy OversightThe continuous monitoring of data security, compliance loops, and infrastructure logs is directed by Petalnex Pvt. Ltd.’s designated Head of Data Protection based in the United Kingdom.

We enforce rigorous technical silos to ensure that your live personal information is never exposed unnecessarily:

  Development IsolationThe software development and engineering team in Pakistan operates strictly within an isolated development environment. The development team has access only to mock or designated development data. Live production databases containing your actual personal information are entirely separated.

  Need-to-Know AccessYour live information is secured and protected under strict, role-based access controls. Access to production systems is granted exclusively on an absolute need-to-know basis for critical live troubleshooting, and requires multi-layer authorization.

  Mandatory Session LoggingEvery single instance of authorized technical access to the live German infrastructure is fully tracked, timestamped, and permanently logged. These access audits are overseen continuously by our UK-based Head of Data Protection to guarantee complete accountability and prevent data leaks.

To ensure the utmost compliance with global data protection principles and prevent the unnecessary storage of personal information, we enforce a strict data retention and lifecycle policy:

  Periodic AuditsOur UK Compliance Office performs periodic, structured checks on all registered accounts to confirm that active data retention thresholds are actively maintained and legally justified.

  Inactivity NotificationsIf an account shows zero login activity over a consecutive period of 12 months, it will be flagged by our system as inactive. The user will be automatically notified via their registered email regarding this status.

  Data Minimization RemovalIf no response or login activity is recorded within 30 days following the inactivity notification, the account will be securely removed. All associated personal information will be permanently erased from our primary German infrastructure and backup servers to guarantee that unnecessary data is not retained.

By creating an account, you covenant that you will not use the Platform to:

• !Violate any federal, provincial, or local Canadian laws or regulations.
• !Post, upload, or transmit any material that is defamatory, abusive, harassing, obscene, or racially offensive.
• !Attempt to bypass, disable, or decompile any security patches or source code built into the platform architecture by Petalnex Pvt. Ltd.
• !Use scrapers, bots, or automated scripts to extract data from the Platform without express written authorization.

Your privacy is fundamentally important to us.

  Explicit ConsentBy completing registration and submitting your profile information, you give your explicit consent for the collection, handling, and cross-border routing of your data as outlined in Section 2 and protected under Sections 3 and 4.

  Your Rights (PIPEDA)In alignment with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you maintain the right to access the personal information you have uploaded, request corrections, or close your account at any time to trigger data deletion pipelines.

  Government-Mandated MinimizationIn coordination with public authorities and data minimization protocols, redundant data requested by partnered government agencies will be purged systematically from the infrastructure.

All design layouts, custom user interfaces, graphics, source code, and foundational technical architectures utilized on this Platform are the exclusive property of or licensed to Petalnex Pvt. Ltd. and its partners.

Your account registration grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the platform interface for personal or authorized business utility only.

  "As-Is" ProvisionTo the maximum extent permitted under Canadian law, the Platform is provided on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis. Neither the platform operators nor Petalnex Pvt. Ltd. make any explicit warranties regarding uninterrupted uptime or error-free functionality.

  Liability CapIn no event shall the operator or Petalnex Pvt. Ltd. be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the registration systems.

We reserve the absolute right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your public user registration at any time, without prior notice, if we find you are in breach of any clause within these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time by navigating to your Profile Settings.
